REFUND POLICY:

 

Once your child has had a tryout and has been picked for a team, there are NO REFUNDS. This is not intramurals; we CANNOT pick a team based on kids wanting to play with other kids.

Due to the amount of kids that tryout, and the amount of teams we have, we CANNOT guarantee that your child will make a team. If that is the case you will receive a refund.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:

 

OLSS, in accordance with, CYO has adopted a ZERO TOLLERENCE POLICY. There will be a MANDATORY meeting with Mia Marinaccio (A.D.) and when necessary with pastor Fr Tom Devery, to review this policy. One parent MUST attend this meeting, the date and time has yet to be determined, but it will be held in our gym.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY:

 

Student-athletes who post any inappropriate activity, language, imagery or other such content regarding any OLSS team, player or CYO participating parish/player, including first time offenses, may result in immediate dismissal from the OLSS Sports Program without a refund. This includes all social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)

PHOTO RELEASE:

By completing registration for any OLSS sports program; you grant OLSS/CYO, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize OLSS/CYO, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that OLSS/CYO may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
